	Engelhart-Link Acoustic Basses & Cellos- Elk Grove Village, IL

Handmade in the USA right here in Illinois. Engelhardt manufactures the same line of upright instruments as produced by the Kay Musical Instrument Company. Basses are advertised as Concert (EC-1), Maestro (EM-1), Maestro 1/4 (EM-3), Supreme (ES-1), and Swingmaster (ES-9) models, with the "E" simply representing the Engelhardt name. Engelhart started making basses in 1970 and still use to this day the original molds Kay used since the 1940s.

Engelhardt EC1- Concert Model Bass. Spruce top, Maple back/sides/neck & bridge, Jatoba (Brazilian Cherry, a Rosewood) fingerboard and tailpiece. Extremely durable – yet has unusual carrying power. The handsome finish is a beautiful mahogany color. Includes padded case.
